1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and WebCodeShop (“we”, “us”), operator of webcodeshop.com. By creating an account, browsing the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Digital products

We sell digital goods only: PHP scripts, website source code and digital gift cards. Nothing is shipped physically. Product pages describe what is included, the technology used and any requirements — please read them before buying.

3. Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate details. You can change your name, email (confirmed with a one-time code) and password in My account; phone numbers are changed by our support team.
• Tell us right away at contact@webcodeshop.com if you think your account has been misused.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We currently accept UPI payments. After paying, you submit your UPI transaction ID and we verify it manually — usually within a few hours during business hours.
• Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. If we can’t verify a payment, the order is marked as failed and we’ll email you.
• Coupon codes have their own conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Delivery

Once payment is verified, license keys, download links and gift-card codes appear in My orders and are emailed to you. Download links are private and time-limited; you can generate fresh links from your account at any time.

6. Licence to use products

Unless a product page says otherwise, each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in one end product (for yourself or one client). You may modify the code for that project.

You may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-license or publish the source code or files, or include them in another product offered for sale or free download.

7. Refunds & cancellations

Because digital products can be copied once delivered, all sales are final after keys or files are issued. We will help — and may refund or replace the item — if a product is faulty, doesn’t work as described, or was never delivered. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

Gift cards are treated like cash: they can’t be refunded or exchanged once the code has been revealed.

8. Updates & support

Where a product includes updates, you’ll get them free through your account for 5 years from purchase. Support covers installation questions and bugs in our code; it doesn’t include custom development.

9. Acceptable use

• Don’t use our products or site for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent.
• Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, or get around download protections.
• Don’t submit false payment details or transaction IDs. We may cancel orders and close accounts that break these rules.

10. Intellectual property

The site, our brand, logos, designs and the products we sell belong to WebCodeShop or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it — not ownership of it.

11. Liability

Products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Changes, law & disputes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use of the site means you accept the new version. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. We’ll always try to resolve problems with you directly first.
